This is Friendship Beanie #10. Great to give to yourself or to someone you love. It is a rasta color hat with the traditional red, gold, and green with Ivory. As with all of my hats these beanies are made with a super soft acrylic yarn which makes them so comfortable to wear and easy to care for. The yarn is durable and machine washable but I always recommend very gentle handwashing with just a very small amount of laundry detergent, rinse well, roll in a towel to remove excess water, and then lay it out flat to dry. I give these gentle care instructions because I am often asked how to care for these hand made treasures to keep them looking like new, but in all honesty, it is a hat and hats are supposed to get worn out if you enjoy wearing them. So wear them, wash them, wear them out, and then come back for another one.

OPTIONAL CUSTOM ORDERING

When you order this item, unless you specify differently you get the exact colors shown for this item. If you would like, you may customize this hat with up to FOUR of your favorite colors with one rule to follow….. when you substitute colors the color patterns will be made in the same order this item is made but in the colors you choose. For instance if there is grey in the hat and you want black instead of grey, then the black color will be put in ALL of the spaces where the grey would have been. Also, any striping patterns the hat may have cannot be rearranged…. only color changes are allowed.

If you are going to customize this order you will need to contact me with the name of the item, the item number and the details of your color changes. You can simply put for example “grey = black” and then I will know to put black where the grey would have been. Once I have made note of your custom order needs I will email you back to confirm I have your instructions exactly as you want them. Once we are clear on what you want me to do with your order I will give you the go ahead to place your order and will get started on it as soon as possible. It’s just that simple. Please request only specific colors found on my yarn colors available page to ensure your hat gets made in the exact colors you want and that are available. Please keep in mind some custom orders can take up to two weeks or maybe longer to be finished and get shipped out. In stock items always ship out on my next run to the post office.
